To optimize repetitive tasks and integrate multiple digital tools without relying on expensive third-party SaaS solutions, I adopted n8n, an open-source low-code/no-code automation platform. The goal was to build a flexible automation layer that could evolve over time while ensuring full ownership and transparency of the infrastructure.
I deployed n8n on a self-managed server, customizing workflows to connect APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. By leveraging n8n’s modular architecture, I was able to create automations ranging from data synchronization to content distribution pipelines. The open-source nature of the tool also allowed fine-tuning of configurations for performance and security.
The adoption of n8n significantly improved process efficiency, cutting down repetitive manual tasks and enabling seamless system integration. The platform became a core element of the automation strategy, providing both technical scalability and cost savings.
